I did two major services on my 2020 GMC AT4 within 3 weeks from eathother ( new brakes and oil change, followed by 60k service) after getting my brakes done, they continued to squeak. I called and complained about it and was told that���s how the new brakes are now. This is the most idiotic thing I���ve ever heard. I took my truck back to get this fixed because I could not tolerate the sound anymore. Brakes were showing 92% life fronts and 94% back. They resurfaced the rotors to help with sound and helped for a whole 2 days, however, I���m now back with same issue again. It���s now gotten beyond irritating to have to go back a fourth time, use more of my time and theirs, versus doing the job right the first time. I want new rotors and new manufacture brakes at this point. Also, make sure they use grease on the brakes as well.

Gilbert was attentive and supportive. He greeted my husband and I and then let us look around after picking up on the fact that my husband didn���t want someone being pushy about a sell. As soon as we were ready to look at two trucks, Gilbert was ready to show both of them to us. He was attentive and communicative during our test drive. He explained the process of trading in the truck. He made sure we had water while we waited. He was very personable and was willing to share about who he is as a person.

Made an appointment for a recall item but item wasn���t available or ordered. Waited 45 minutes after oil change was completed, car was just sitting outside the door. We didn���t ask if we could take the car because we thought they were waiting to replace the recall item. We will have to drive down from Modesto again for recall replacement.
